Privacy notice

When you submit a medicine request, we process your name, phone number, city or country, selected product, quantity and optional comment to handle your request and contact you. Please do not include sensitive medical information in comments.

Submitted requests are stored in our private CRM and shared with authorized staff through a Telegram staff group. Opening a Telegram link does not submit a request. The bot asks for consent before you confirm a request; support conversations require separate explicit consent.

Unfinished bot progress expires after 24 hours and is removed by scheduled cleanup. Submitted CRM records and conversations are not automatically deleted under this expiry rule.

To ask about your data or request correction or deletion, use the contacts page or contact staff through the Telegram bot. We do not promise automatic deletion of submitted records.
